We are all on a journey without a map. Our destination is finding ourselves. Every action we take is in service of this journey, whether we see this or not, whether it is pleasurable or painful, whether we like it or hate it. We are all guaranteed to find ourselves when we die. In the moment our thoughts subside. That’s where we are. Peaceful, expansive, connected, loving. So, seriously, why wait till then? For a species with the most sophisticated brain on our planet, waiting till we die doesn’t seem that smart. So quit journeying, it’s boring and unnecessary. It’s a bad habit. Fast-track yourself. Get real as to what’s going on. And do something different instead. Drop all your history and all your past. It will all drop when you die anyway so why not do it now and live inspired as your free and unencumbered self. Stop all the limiting stories you tell yourself. No more pinning yourself to the ground with repetitive dull blah blah blah from your mind. Release it all. And just relax. Forgive yourself for every single one of your actions, good or bad. And simply be. Be fully human. And love yourself so much for being you. Tell yourself how amazing you are. How awesome you are at being here today, reading my words. How magnificent you are at dedicating time to love yourself. And move from there. Make an inspirational move. Just one. Play. Laugh. See what happens. Move as Life.
